Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cupcakes


1-3/4 cups flour
1-4oz package instant pistachio pudding
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2/3 cups sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
cream cheese frosting

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting after cupcakes have cooled.
