- Preheat oven to 375.
- Rinse the squash and dry it. Pierce it all over with a fork.
- Put squash on a baking sheet(or just put in oven) and cook in oven for 1 hour.
- Let it sit and cool for 15 minutes.
- Cut the squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and goopy parts.
- Use a fork to separate the squash into spaghetti strands.
- Serve with your favorite sauce on top.

Spaghetti Squash
My boys always beg me for this meal. It is a great replacement for regular noodles. It tastes great and it is great for your body. 1 medium sized spaghetti squash (about 2 lbs) 1 jar spaghetti sauce (whatever kind you like the best)
