1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
3 tablespoons light ranch dressing
1 cup beef broth
1 cup water
1 (15-oz) can red kidney beans, including juice
1 (15-oz) can black beans, including juice
1 (15-oz) can corn, drained
1 (15-oz) can green beans, drained
1 cup chopped tomatoes or 1 (15-oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
tortilla chips
grated cheese
lettuce
- Cook ground beef.
- Put the meat into a large pot. Stir in the taco seasoning and ranch dressing. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bring the soup to a boil. Put the lid on the pot and cook on low for half an hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips, cheese and lettuce.
