1 cup flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
- Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass baking dish).
- Combine flour, oats, sugar and butter; mix well.
- Reserve 1/2 cup oat mixture, press remainder on bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust.
- Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining oat mixture; press down firmly.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool. Cut into bars.
